1- Would I be able to track my order?
Yes, as soon as we ship your order, wi will send you an email with your tracking number, so you can check the status of your package. In case you don't receive your order, you can send us an email at email@example.com
2- Can I return or Exchange the merchandise?
For orders placed in the Dominican Republic, we will accept a return within 4 days of fulfillment.
For international orders you can return it within 15 days. it's important to mention that in order for us to accept a return, the items must be in perfect conditions, have all tags and original package. Items MUST be new and never worn. We will not reimburse cash for returned items, we can only exchange the items for new ones.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs and these are non-refundable. Read more on our return policy
3- When will I get my order?
International and Local orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. For non-metro areas, orders are shipped using the Metro Pac service.
4- How do I know my size?
Tofind your size, read the size chart on the product description or check our Size Guide page. All sizes are true to size.
5- Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments through PayPal, a well-known and secure way to make payments over the internet. We also accept Bank transfers (valid for DOMINICAN REPUBLIC only).
