FAQ

1. Would I be able to track my order?

As soon as your order is completed, we will send you an email with a tracking number for you to be able to check the status and track your package. 2. Can I return or Exchange the Merchandise?

For orders placed in the Dominican Republic, we will accept a return within 4 days of fulfillment. For international orders you can return the merchandise within 15 days. It’s important to mention that in order for us to accept a return, the items must be in perfect shape, have all tags and original package. Items MUST be new and never worn. We will not reimburse cash for returned items, we can only the exchange the items for a new one.

3. When Should I Expect my Order?

Orders placed in theDominican Republic and Internationally are shipped within 2-4 business days. For non-metro areas, orders are shipped using the Metro Bus and or Caribe Tour services. 

4. How do I know which size I’m ordering?

Before placing your order you can check our Size Table shown on our website, all sizes are normal sizes and are exact measurement.

5. Which Payment Methods are accepted?

We accept all mayor credit cards such as: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept Paypal and Bank Wires/Transfers.
